Para tanto, escolheu-se a análise da Escola Austríaca de Economia sobre regulação de bens públicos para servir de fundamento para propor uma modalidade que supere as concessões e parcerias público-privadas. O modelo propõe um maior envolvimento dos proprietários dos imóveis podendo contribuir para ganhos na valorização dos imóveis, amparando para geração de receitas para a manutenção do sistema.Instituto Mises Brasil2015-12-01info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://revistamises.org.br/misesjournal/article/view/78110.30800/mises.2015.v3.781MISES: Interdisciplinary Journal of Philosophy, Law and Economics; Vol. 3 No. 2 (2015); 441-453MISES: Interdisciplinary Journal of Philosophy, Law and Economics; Vol. 3 Núm. 2 (2015); 441-453MISES: Interdisciplinary Journal of Philosophy, Law and Economics; v. 3 n. 2 (2015); 441-4532594-91872318-0811reponame:Misesinstname:Instituto Mises Brasilinstacron:IMBporhttps://revistamises.org.br/misesjournal/article/view/781/465Paranaiba, Adrianoinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess2019-06-08T02:31:31Zoai:ojs.emnuvens.com.br:article/781Revistahttps://revistamises.org.br/misesjournalPRIhttps://revistamises.org.br/misesjournal/oairevista@mises.org.br2594-91872318-0811opendoar:2019-06-08T02:31:31Mises - Instituto Mises Brasilfalse
