Issues of the Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions related to education professionals

Summary: The following manuscript aims at problematizing Artificial Intelligence (AI), in the contemporary social environment and specifically Generative AI (GenAI) in the educational field.  Focusing on the conceptions of the terms and problematizing their use in the elaboration of the teaching resources. Initially, we introduce the social environment where we’re inserted, based on the works of Han (2017) and Rosa (2022). As a research methodology, we opted for  a qualitative, interpretivist approach considering that it covers several sources and various forms of interpretative practises that aim to reach different perspectives of visibility.of the phenomenon being researched. The research also includes bibliographical studies and documentary analysis. We take for consideration articles featured in several newspapers to problematize GenAI. Through the lens of Boa Sorte’s (2024),  Kaufman’s (2022), Santaella’s (2023), and others’ works, we discuss the contents of the selected materials.  As a result, we evidentiated that GenAI shows limitations, not all entries are trustful, besides errors, there could be biased texts. Regarding this, it’s essential the development of a critical literacy for the technological resources.

Trata sobre las concepciones de los términos y problematiza su uso en la elaboración de material didáctico. Inicialmente, presentamos el contexto social en el que operamos, con base en Han (2017) y Rosa (2022). Como metodología de investigación, elegimos la cualitativa de carácter interpretativo, ya que abarca varias fuentes y diferentes formas de prácticas interpretativas con el objetivo de lograr distintas perspectivas de visibilización del fenómeno investigado. La investigación abarca también el estudio bibliográfico y el análisis documental. Consideramos informes publicados en varios periódicos para problematizar la IAG. A la luz de Boa Sorte (2024), Kaufman (2022), Santaella (2023), entre otros, debatimos el contenido de los materiales seleccionados. Como resultados, evidenciamos que la IAG presenta limitaciones, ni todas sus respuestas son confiables, además de los errores, puede haber textos sesgados. En este sentido, es fundamental que se desarrolle una formación crítica para el uso de los recursos tecnológicos.O presente manuscrito objetiva problematizar a Inteligência Artificial (IA), no contexto social contemporâneo e mais especificamente a IA Generativa (IAG), no âmbito educacional. Versa sobre as concepções dos termos e problematiza seu uso na elaboração de material didático. Inicialmente, apresentamos o contexto social no qual estamos inseridos, com base em Han (2017) e Rosa (2022). Como metodologia de pesquisa, optamos pela qualitativa com cunho interpretativista, já que abrange várias fontes e diversas formas de práticas interpretativas visando a alcançar diferentes perspectivas de visibilidade do fenômeno pesquisado. A investigação abrange também estudo bibliográfico e análise documental. Consideramos reportagens veiculadas em diversos jornais para problematizar a IAG. À luz de Boa Sorte (2024), Kaufman (2022), Santaella (2023), entre outros, debatemos o conteúdo dos materiais selecionados. Como resultados, evidenciamos que a IAG apresenta limitações; nem todas as respostas são confiáveis, além de erros, pode haver textos tendenciosos.
