Mapping of the permanent preservation area on the north bank of the Itajaí-Açu river in a consolidated urban area

Summary: This study was carried out in the Itajaí river basin in the largest watercourse in the basin, the Itajaí-Açu river. The study design is located on the north bank of the Itajaí-Açu river, in a consolidated urban area in the municipality of Navegantes in the state of Santa Catarina. The mapping of the Permanent Preservation Area was carried out according to the dimensions established in the Forest Code (Law 12.651 / 2012) and for the observation of anthropic temporal occupation of the region, images obtained on the Earth Explorer platform of the UCGS of the Landsat-5, Landsat satellites were used -8 and Bing Satellite. Image processing was performed in the QGIS software using the SCP complement. The data obtained show that the area of APP should be 28,109 hectares, however it was recorded that there is only 6,215 hectares of vegetation remaining in this area. Thus, the mapping made it possible to measure and present credible data on the irregular occupation of this environment in question.

El diseño del estudio se ubica en la orilla norte del río Itajaí-Açu, en un área urbana consolidada en el municipio de Navegantes en el estado de Santa Catarina. El mapeo del Área de Preservación Permanente se realizó de acuerdo con las dimensiones establecidas en el Código Forestal (Ley 12.651 / 2012) y para la observación de la ocupación antrópica temporal de la región, se utilizaron imágenes obtenidas en la plataforma Earth Explorer del UCGS del Landsat-5, satélites Landsat. -8 y satélite Bing. El procesamiento de imágenes se realizó en el software QGIS utilizando el complemento SCP. Los datos obtenidos demuestran que el área de APP debe ser de 28,109 hectáreas, sin embargo, se registró que solo quedan 6,215 hectáreas de vegetación en esta área. Por lo tanto, el mapeo permitió medir y presentar datos creíbles sobre la ocupación irregular de este entorno.en cuestión.Este estudo foi realizado na bacia hidrográfica do rio Itajaí no maior curso d’água da bacia, o rio Itajaí-Açu. O delineamento de estudo acondiciona-se à margem norte do rio Itajaí-Açu, em área urbana consolidada no município de Navegantes no estado de Santa Catarina. O mapeamento da Área de Preservação Permanente foi realizado conforme as dimensões estabelecidas no Código Florestal (Lei 12.651/2012) e para a observação de ocupação antrópica temporal da região, foram usadas imagens obtidas na plataforma Earth Explorer da UCGS dos satélites Landsat-5, Landsat-8 e Bing Satellite. O processamento das imagens foi efetuado no software QGIS por meio do complemento SCP. Os dados obtidos demonstram que a área de APP deveria ser de 28,109 hectares, entretanto contabilizou-se que existe apenas 6,215 hectares de vegetação remanescente nesta área.
