Espetaria Torres, located in Laranjal do Jari, Amapá, proposes combining Brazilian barbecue with regional cuisine from the north of Brazil, offering the service in conventional mode and also delivery. The aim is to awaken the public's desire to experience unique gastronomic experiences in a modern and welcoming environment, which values ​​local culture. With an investment of R$ 147,322.85 (One hundred and forty-seven thousand, three hundred and twenty-two reais and eighty-five cents); an internal rate of return of: 34% (thirty-four percent) and a payback of 1 (one) year and 3 (three) months, it is possible to demonstrate the economic viability of the project. The strategy is based on excellence in service and dish preparation, combined with a diverse menu that uses regional ingredients to guarantee authenticity and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, efficient management and marketing strategies are adopted aimed at enhancing the customer experience, aiming to consolidate Espetaria Torres as a reference in the local gastronomic sector, combining tradition and innovation to meet the expectations of its target audience.
