O uso da telessaúde e telemedicina à profissionais e para usuários como suporte assistencial e informacional: revisão integrativa

The information society of the post-industrial and globalized era is undoubtedly permeated by the mass dissemination of the most varied information in the various areas of knowledge, made available in the most different supports, especially those that are inserted in the world wide web, for through search engines that index information with robots, or databases, digital repositories and or portals with specific and treated information. From this need for systematization, health had to organize itself and enter using more modern ways such as virtual and digital means. Objective: It is to carry out a bibliographic survey on the use of Telehealth and Telemedicine as assistance and informational support for professionals and users, in scientific journals of the information and communication segments in Brazil. Methodology: The type of research chosen was the Integrative Review, which involves a bibliographic survey; analysis of examples and assume forms of bibliographic research. Results and Discussions: During the research we located a total of 17 journals in the Information Science Area, classified with a Qualis concept that ranged from A1 to B5. It was possible to retrieve 65 scientific articles divided into the following terms: Telehealth; Telemedicine; and Health User. With the results, we sought to identify the importance of telehealth for health users in Brazil, and the interaction between professionals and clients, based on an analysis of scientific articles focused on the informational and communication context in health. Final considerations: We can say that Brazil has a relevant bias in the area of ​​Telehealth, based on the Unified Health System - SUS, in this context, the program makes it possible to map and generate data and statistics aimed at users of health information at the national level.
