Summary: This research has the objective of studying the humanistic management of the law offices in the FOIL methodology perspective. This work presents the comprehension about the lawyer concept of the Federation Constitution and Lawyer Estatute points of view, comparing with the ontopsycological paradigm. Beyond presenting how this lawyer can act in the labor market, and which are his possibilities to act with excellence and effectiveness in the management of his workspaces, with his employees and posterior FOIL and Ontopsycology contributions to this model of management. Presenting how the lawyer can build himself as a person, jurist, businessman with function and value for himself, his employees, his clients and his society.

Por lo tanto, este presente trabajo presenta la comprensión de la figura del abogado en las diversas esferas de nuestra sociedad, comprendiendo cómo la Constitución Federal y el Estatuto de la Orden de los Abogados de Brasil lo conceptualizan, en comparación con la visión del abogado según el paradigma ontopsicológico. Además de presentar, a partir de ahí, cómo puede actuar este abogado en el mercado laboral y qué posibilidades tiene para llevar a cabo con excelencia y eficacia la gestión de sus espacios de trabajo y colaboradores, con la posterior incorporación de los aportes de la FOIL y la metodología ontopsicológica para estos modelos de gestión. Presenta cómo el abogado puede construirse como persona, jurista, empresario en términos de valor para sí mismo, sus colaboradores, clientes y la sociedad.Esta pesquisa tem o objetivo de estudar a gestão humanista do escritório de advocacia a partir da metodologia FOIL. Para tanto, este presente trabalho apresenta a compreensão da figura do advogado dentro das diversas esferas da nossa sociedade, entendendo como a Constituição Federal e o Estatuto da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil o conceituam, em comparação com a visão do advogado de acordo com o paradigma ontopsicológico. Além de apresentar, a partir daí, como esse advogado pode atuar no mercado de trabalho e quais as possibilidades que ele tem para efetuar com excelência e efetividade a gestão dos seus espaços de trabalho e colaboradores, com o posterior acréscimo das contribuições da FOIL e da metodologia ontopsicológica para esses modelos de gestão.
