Summary: Structured operational methods enable the initiation and continuity of tasks performed in the routine of the accounting office. In this way, it makes it possible to visualize the leader's action in relation to organizational processes. In view of this, it enables the optimization of time and activity planning, promotes flexibility and agility for process adjustments and avoids errors and rework. In the present study, the objective is to analyze the role of the accounting manager in mapping operational processes, his leadership actions in the process of involving procedural activities. To improve the visualization of the process, the Flowchart tool was used, which has in its structural and operational characteristics the attendance of the accounting services offered. The main point of improvement is the connectivity between the leader and employees in view of the main attributes that make the organization's structure viable: mission, vision and values.

De esta manera, posibilita visualizar la acción del líder en relación a los procesos organizacionales. Por ello, permite optimizar la planificación de tiempos y actividades, promueve la flexibilidad y agilidad para los ajustes de procesos y evita errores y retrabajos. En el presente estudio, el objetivo es analizar el papel del gestor contable en el mapeo de los procesos operativos, sus acciones de liderazgo en el proceso de involucración de actividades procesales. Para mejorar la visualización del proceso se utilizó la herramienta Flowchart, que tiene en sus características estructurales y operativas la asistencia de los servicios contables ofrecidos. El principal punto de mejora es la conectividad entre el líder y los empleados considerando los principales atributos que viabilizan la estructura de la organización: misión, visión y valores.Os métodos operacionais estruturados possibilitam a iniciação e continuidade das tarefas exercidas na rotina do escritório contábil. Dessa forma, torna-se possível a visualização da ação do líder diante dos processos organizacionais. À vista disso, possibilita a otimização do tempo e planejamento das atividades, promove a flexibilidade e agilidade para ajustes nos processos e evita erros e retrabalhos. No presente estudo, objetiva-se analisar o papel do gestor contábil no mapeamento dos processos operacionais, suas ações de liderança no processo de envolvimento das atividades processuais. Para melhorar a visualização do processo, utilizou-se a ferramenta de Fluxograma, a qual possui em sua característica estrutural e operacional a assiduidade dos serviços contábeis ofertados.
