User embracement in health must be present at any working step of nursing professionals, and for its execution is necessary create a link between the users of public systemand the professionals who are involved. The aim of this study was to implement actions of humanization and user embracement on the preoperatively of children between 0 and 14 years old in a public hospital on the state of Paraná. Also, we tried to identify how the attention in the preoperatively was given and build strategies with the preoperatively professionals that will increase the attention in this sector. For doing so, an action research was realized with 10 nursing professionals, who actually act inthe area. The research had the following steps: initial interviews, four meetings for the co-construction of humanizing actions and finals interviews. We also made notes about these meetings. Data were analyzed using the content analysis. It was observed that a few professionals does not had the knowledge of humanization and that the sector does not provides a great reception to the patients and their accompanies. Trough the meetings we made, it was possible to make a reflection about the daily life in this sector, the solidarity between the professionals and the co-construction of humanizing actions. Thanks to a together work, which everybody is protagonist of the established relations and healthy procedures, these actions were implemented, providing a change in the way of receiving the patients and their family when they are inside the surgery center. |
