Resumo em Inglês: This study seeks to analyze about modernity, the social aspects from this historical period and its impact in the youth nowadays. With the purpose to evaluate how modernity on its mobile aspect, dynamic and unstable participates and interferes with daily life of young people and their universe were realized interviews with teachers and students of various courses of Faculty Integrated Santa Cruz of Curitiba, focusing on the choices and experiences individual and collective of this youth group and their family relations educational and social. The analysis of interviews is done on an approach, according to the theory and the concepts proposed by Zygmunt Bauman (2001), Marshall Berman (1986) and Anthony Giddens (1991), Eloisa Grossman (2010), Giovanni Levi and Jean Claude Schmitt (1996), Philippe Aries (1981) and Luis Antonio Groppo (2000) among others. This is a reading about the experiences, choices and opinions regarding of the actual situation and the expectations and aspirations of all social actors who are part of this context and how they interrelate in the course of their lives.
