A educação física e os jogos escolares como meios de inclusão social da pessoa com deficiência

Resumo em Inglês: The present research has for obfection the studies of political educational for the person with desabilities in the State of Parana as a backgrorend discussion on Physical Education and Social Integration of a person with disability. It presents historical data in in reference and social insertation. Authors like Edler Carvalho, Maria Mantoan, Marcos Mazzotta, Gilberta Jannuzzi, Otto Marques da Silva, Gilmar Cruz and Paulo Freire have been of great relevance. The research contains information about people and their care, reception or abandonment in relation to those who need differentiated attention, whether of locomotion, vision or intellectual. All Brazilian legislation, for the Person with Disabilities, after the 1988 Constitution, was inserted, seeking to demonstrate how their school and social life is legally given. The importance of the Salamanca Statement, which was the differential framework for later regulations, was inserted. This research also brings data about the State Schools in the Special Education Mode in Paraná, their health care agreements and attendance, the way in which the schooling process is developed, being of great importance, since Paraná is a state different from the others, in this sense. The expansion of the Assocation of Parents and Friends of the Children with Disabilities (APAE) has taken place since 1960, showing its form of reception with the process of schooling with data presented here. The different deficiencies are mentioned, as well as the professionals responsible for attending the Special Schools, through agreements, mainly with the Unified Health System (SUS). It aims to clarify how the discipline of Physical Education is quite inclusive. Being responsible for the process of inclusion of the Person with Disabilities in games and sports activities. The Paralympics, the Olympic Games, were searched, and the data was attached. These modalities are presented, as well as the reason for which they were created and, one of them, for the reception of amputated combatants coming from World War II. These modalities were of great importance, since they served as a basis for the development of games in states and municipalities, such as the School Games of Paraná, which, also, had the data of the year 2015 analyzed. Relative data of Parana School hames demostrates and expressive participation of special school,begin bigger than regular modal of teaching deficient person. It proves that students incluse in schools of regular teaching are not participating os sports events, and this indusion is nolt being made with the current legislation.
