Resumo: With the objective of developing an agile and quality alternative for the execution of concrete life elements with the use of frames tied with annealed wire and welds by coatings, which work like rebar (CA50- reinforced construction steel) and which include the simple bending tests. The executive frame process when sold is much more efficient and safer, generating safety for workers and 60% savings in labor in frame services and an increase in profitability by 146%. It can be seen that the beam elements presented presented a performance of performance of simple results. The control beams (group 1 - tied) had an average strength of 45 kN when they reached stage III. As for beams with welded reinforcement (group 2), they showed strengths of 44 KN, reaching stage III. Even if inferior, it presents satisfactory performance. The elements remain deforming up to a limit of 35 mm, without losing their ability to withstand load. the executive processes for the frame elements are most relevant to this process. As well as the characteristics of durability, strength and safety, the installation of CA-50 steel frames is obtained.
