Resumo: Project Management in the Information Technology area is based on the PMBOK guide, where Risk Management is linked to Project Management. A risk can offer both threats and opportunities, however, the lack and unpreparedness for the various solutions in the entire scenario within T.I.., this dissertation was developed from the experimental method of the T.I. sector in a corporate organization located in the region. from Londrina-PR, Brazil. Aiming at this scenario of the companies' difficulty in carrying out Risk Management and identifying the proposal of the Risk Management Training board game the identification as well as the possible solutions only of the risks. With this, this dissertation has the general objective of proposing in a playful way a training board for risk management based on the PMBOK guide, with the target audience of the information technology sector of the corporate scope. The methodology elaborated was the Case Study for Development Development and verification as corporate difficulties of the Information Technology Sector. Thus, it was possible to apply a quali-quanti approach in the scenario and carry out the procedures of descriptive and explanatory analysis, with the identification and proposals of contingencies for the most eminent ones found in the context through the board game.
