Resumo: In this thesis, we present a study of open charm meson systems. These systems consist of one pseudoscalar meson and one vector meson, thus having a total spin of 1 and a total isospin of either zero or one. We construct states with well-defined C-parity and G-parity. Following closely the work Axial resonances in the open and hidden charm sectors by D. Gamermann and E. Oset, which is based on SU(4) symmetry and its breaking to SU(3), we determine amplitudes for different coupled-channel systems and solve the Bethe-Salpeter equations. We find that poles appear in the isospin zero case, with C-parity of +1 and -1. The former pole is related to _c1 (3872), while no state was found related to the latter pole. We verify that, at least from the contact interactions of the referenced paper, a state with isospin zero and negative C-parity inevitably appears with the same parameters that describe the properties of _c1 (3872). We do not find any states generated in the isovector case. To improve the study, we consider interactions based on meson exchange, determining different vertices through the Hidden Local Symmetry Lagrangian, which treats vector mesons as gauge bosons. As a result, we find that the amplitudes in this framework coincide with the contact interactions from the paper if an average value for the masses of the different light vector mesons exchanged is used and if the momentum transfer in the diagrams is neglected. An outlook of this work is to solve the scattering equations with the complete amplitudes obtained for the meson-exchange diagrams.
