The Family Health Program (FHP) is designed for the reorganization of Primary Care in the country, being highly innovative in its interactive aspect of the relationship between professionals and the community. The health assessment is to provide fundamental support to all decision making within the Health System This study aims to evaluate the Family Health Program in the municipality of Tangará da Serra - MT, from the perspective of users. The study included 609 people registered, chosen randomly in 10 of the Family Health Units responding to a questionnaire drawn up with open and closed questions. The evaluation was based on: access and availability, infrastructure, host, user-professional relationship health, efficiency and resolution, territoriality and decentralization, and information and participation in management. The data, tabulated and analyzed statistically, have a favorable outlook on the FHP by users. However, some aspects deserve attention in relation to the reception, lack of medicines and access to consultations and the reference. It is expected therefore that this work can contribute to better planning in the management of units of the FHP, with an additional tool to improve users' satisfaction and improve this model for basic care. |
