The evolution of the operations logistics in the agriculture presents strong influence in the growth of the economy of the country. In spite of, in the ambit of the family agriculture the logistics is inserted in a peculiar way, then to understand your operation logic is the base to understand each other the weaknesses and potentialities, as well as, to impel the results of those small producers. The objective of this dissertation was of analyzing the logistics of distribution of the production in rural establishments of the municipal district of Moreno-PE, specifically in the establishments Timbó and Granja Jumbo, with intention of identifying the model logistic used by the colonists. The research is based in Nigel Slack five parameters adapted to the agricultural section, also calls of five objectives, that seek the obtaining of the great acting in what he/she refers the distribution of the production. Interviews were accomplished those seated close to and also direct observations in the establishments Timbó and Granja Jumbo, observing the analysis model proposed by Slack. During the visits it was verified the procedures of distribution of the items produced in the establishments Timbó and Granja Jumbo until the commercialization points taking for base the parameters: quality, speed, reliability, flexibility and cost. In agreement with the obtained results they were suggested measures considered fundamental for improvement of the logistics of distribution of the agricultural production in those two rural establishments.
