Resumo: |
In the physical process of transport in mesoscopic conductors, we observe fluctuations in the current. Observing as the power of the shot noise is closely related to the charge quantization. Currently there is interest in the behavior of the scattering process in mesoscopic devices, we give a prominence in the normal-superconductor topological junctions with chiral symmetry. Which present the main peculiarity of Andreev's reflections. The theory of random matrices was used to interpret this dissertation, retrieving the probability distributions of the conductance as a function of a topological parameter Q with the number N of open channels N = 1; 2; 3; 4 [Diez and collaborators] and as an unprecedented result of this dissertation the case N = 5. We obtain the probability distributions for power of the shot noise as a function of the topological parameter Q with the number of channels for the cases N = 1; 2; 3; 4; 5, being the second unpublished contribution of this dissertation. |
