Resumo: The current dissertation and research that supports, are based in the interdisciplinarity perspective and address issues relating to the adhesion contract not as a strictly legal institute, but also and primarily as an economic, social and historical element, which is a part of merchandise dialetics. The objective of this study to understand how this form of contract in the consumer massive society, constitutes a part of the goods offered in contemporary society. Over to the bibliographical review, makes interviews on a qualitative nature, and make analysis of four real contracts offered to the public. Interviews were held with the total of twenty consumers, of both sexes, a process which aimed to analyze the real understanding of these consumers about the adhesion contracts. In addition, the entire apprehension and understanding process of the themes treated here, besides the approximations of the object of research were grounded in the perspective of the dialectic of totality under the guidelines of the theory of fetishism, presented by Karl Marx, which allowed to bring in the search results a relevant contribution to the understanding the action and the real function of this kind of contract as a constitutive element of the goods in the consumer society today.
