Resumo: |
The present dissertation has as objective the analysis of the difficulties lived by the agricultural co-operatives in the Northeast of Brazil, considering its business management, the integration into the market and the participation of associates. This work intends to identify which were the determining factors to the triggering of the adversities that generated a crisis in the management of these enterpreneurship. Which were these determining factors? How are the crises being maneged? Which are the projects related to the overcoming of the crises? And, finally, which are the main problems in the operation of theses projects? Based on the data gathered from the interviews with the managers, ex-managers, partners and ex-partners, it was possible to determine that the instalation of the crisis processes are related to the low absortion capacity of the production of the cooperative, the absence of technical support, the bureaucratic obstacles created by government agencias and the lack of professionals with expertise on the management of agricultural businesses. |
