Influência de políticas públicas em empresas incubadas no semiárido paraibano : uma análise nas políticas PAA e PNAE nas empresas incubadas da IACOC

Resumo: The present scenario of the Business Incubators is immersive because it is to help other organizations to be inserted in the competitive market, especially in Paraíba, state in which this research is located. The Business Incubators provide technical support, management and complementary training to the entrepreneur, facilitating the process of innovation and access to new technologies in small businesses. The companies benefited are named incubated companies, this support of the incubator of companies is provided for the best insertion of these micro and small companies in the market. Incubated companies are influenced by Public Policies, with the purpose of helping these micro and small companies, considering this relationship of Public Policies with incubated companies, the problem question that guides this work is: what is the influence of Public Policies PAA and PNAE applied in rural enterprises incubated by IACOC in the semi-arid region of Paraíba? It is a qualitative research, classified as exploratory-descriptive; the means, such as field research. The data collection treatment in the interviews was given through the content analysis method. The result of the content analysis shows that in the process of insertion of the companies incubated in the Public Policies there is a lack of access to information by the rural farmer, but that part of the existing information was provided thanks to the help of the business incubator; with respect to the field diagnosis, are the potentialities such as the valorization of the price of the product of the farmers thanks to the PAA and PNAE Public Policies and in the best performance of these companies incubated in the market with the aid of the IACOC, are the fragilities punctuated by the farmers which is the delay of public calls, which jeopardize the production of those responsible for incubated enterprises; in the generation of employment, the growth of companies incubated thanks to Public Policies and the Business Incubator provides greater job opportunities in the region in which incubated companies are inserted which results in a reduction of rural evasion and an improvement in the income of farmers and people located in the region.
