This work has as subject the competitive inclusion of familiar agriculturists of the Tropical Floricultura of the State of Pernambuco, whose objective consists of understanding the determinative elements in the processes of cooperation between these familiar producers.The paper of the cooperation was focused, from the perspective of the same familiar agriculturists, in the solution of the main faced problems and in the possibilities of support of the involved institutions in the productive chain of the sector. It was looked to identify the factors that can intervene with the processes of cooperation between them, generating itself, thus, subsidies that better allowed to understand the processes of inclusion of these producers of more competitive form in the market. Of the methodological point of view, a survey of field next to the familiar agricultural producers was carried through, divided in three groups (structuralized and consolidated, structuralized and not-consolidated and notstructuralized and not-consolidated), formed for two productive units each group. This survey was preceded through the fulfilling from forms, interviews (structuralized, halfstructuralized and not-structuralized). Research empirical was preceded for research bibliographical, that constituted the theoretical approach who based it; and, also, for the used secondary data-collecting to show the context of the sector of Tropical Floricultura of the State of Pernambuco. The results of this work point that a process of local development has more possibilities of success if lead for proper beneficiary populations e, for in such a way, becomes necessary to stimulate a greater and better intermeshing and cooperation between the familiar producers, as an important condition with respect to the success of a strategy of local development. In fact, the basic paper exerted by the cooperation was evidenced enters the producers in the process of competitive inclusion of the same ones, being an important element to be considered in the actions of agricultural extension tied with the strategies of local development. It is considered that a bigger productive and commercial efficiency of these has important impact in the social welfare of the members of the local community.
