Resumo: |
In order to evaluate the effect of enzymatic complex Bioenzima® inclusion in laying hens’ diets on nutrients digestibility were accomplished two experiment at non-ruminant digestibility’s Lab in the Animal Science building of UFRPE, during 10 days. 180 laying hens were selected, 90 of them were Dekalb white strain and 90 were Dekalb Brown strain. All birds were distributed in the completely randomized design, five treatment and six replication with three bird/replication. The total and ileal collected were made. In the experiment I the first treatment was called reference diet (without enzymatic complex), the second treatment was called positive control (with enzymatic complex), and three another treatments were called test, besides the enzymatic complex inclusion, they had corn and soybean meal’s chemical composition overestimated. In the experiment II, all treatments were the negative control of the prior experiment, they had 3% of overestimated and increasing enzymatic levels (0 ppm, 150 ppm, 200 ppm, 250 ppm, 300 ppm). The statistical analyses were made by Sisvar program. According to first experiment, the Bioenzima’s enzymatic complex may be used in laying hens’ diets with 2% of overestimated. The best phosphorus utilization was noted in diets without overestimated. According to second experiment, the results of apparent digestibility coefficients no differ among treatments. The treatment with 200 ppm of enzymatic complex showed highest value of ileal digestibility of crude protein and until this dosage, the results of digestibility coefficient of phosphorus were similar. |
