Resumo: |
The thesis hypothesis involves the evaluation of residential buildings and the perception of happiness in the beach area of Maceió / AL due to the flexibility of use and the proximity of the property to the sea, in a range of up to 500 m away. The first indicator is the flexibility of use allowed by the design of the perimeter buildings. The floor plans of the type floors are analyzed for typological variations, apartments per floor, in addition to the number of bathrooms, suites, balconies and the presence of reversible environments. The second, proximity to the sea line of the Ponta Verde neighborhood, which provides access to amenities: sports, water activities and on the waterfront promenade, nightlife, the “closed street” for pedestrians on Sundays, urban facilities, spaces for activities collective agreements and trade. The perception of happiness is the result of crossing the results with data from social networks and local examples of status indicators from photographs published by users on Instagram. The methodology is based on the guidelines of Christopher Alexander in A Language of Patterns and the urban image of Ponta Verde. These, associated with the georeferencing of results through maps, indicate high social status and answer the hypothesis that spaces built in a standardized way in a milder place translate a feeling of greater happiness. The motivation for the research results from the master's degree in reversible dormitory, a fundamental item in the positive responses of residents. The guidelines allow us to see the existence of an order common to all, as happiness is demonstrated as the well-being of people in the neighborhood experience. |
