This study is to discuss about the proposal and intrusagem desintrusagem on the grounds of the Territorial Company South Brazil in the decades of 1960-1970 in Western Santa Catarina region. The aim is to discuss the construction of private property, as the caboclo understand their territories, as conceived of common land use, and as defined their community organization. Discussed the understanding that the caboclo had on its territory which was the destruction of your space, and because this space is replaced by a rational feature of capitalism, from the power relations established between the state and individuals. This work also discussed up the new emigration settler and colonizing companies in the region and comprising the actions of these colonizing companies in Western Santa Catarina, as well as understand how the region became the scene of disputes in the construction process. In colonization scenario is the standardization of agricultural territories, through state action policies, regulating the colonization policies. Therefore, the study aims to analyze the constitution of the Territorial Company South Brazil, their actions, methods and strategies, business policy and commercialization strategies of land in Western Santa Catarina region. Throughout the company's performance, there is a greater number of caboclos and settlers provided intruders, for he had not a legal document of land ownership, which generated a series of conflicts in the company's land concessions. This work is to analyze the strategies, the means by which these intruders used to stay on land tenure and how did the clashes between the considered intruders and the company.
