Resumo: |
The importance of collecting climate data is supported by several areas that use this data to support their applications. The information provided by climate data can be applied in different areas of knowledge such as agricultural, economic, hydrological and ecological, and consequently assisting in decision making and climate management. However, the visualization of climatic data ends up being restricted to expert users, especially when it is desired to visualize a large amount of data. An alternative to provide and make it available to non-specialist users is the creation of interactive systems that allow data visualization. This work aims to present the development of an interactive environment for the visualization, called Projeta Visual Toolbox. The environment allows the visualization of the climate change data from the Projeta platform of CPTEC/INPE in an iterative and easily accessible way. For development, the R language and several of its packages were used, the interface being developed using mainly the Shiny package and for accessing the data the EtaModelCC package was used. With the development of the Projeta Visual Toolbox as a module of the Projeta Platform, it was possible for the users of the platform to have the possibility not only to access climate change data, but also to visualize it in graphs, maps and table formats facilitating, with this, the use of this data in their applications. |
