Uma proposta para o 6ºano do EF: primeiras formas de geometria espacial-construindo conceitos

This work consists basically of two parts. The first describes briefly about the project Textbook for Elementary School - LDEF, which became later in the project MAT DIGITAL, that is a collection of textbooks being produced and, more particularly, on Chapter 2 (in preparation) that will integrate the book for the 6th year of elementary school (of the collection). Such a chapter, entitled Spatial Geometry: first forms consists essentially of a proposed geometry activities for the 6th year of elementary school. The other part, which is the main objective of this work was to apply in the classroom, some of these Geometry activities for the 6th year of elementary school, presenting the report of the experience, analyze the appropriateness of these activities to the purposes of education (PCN, SP State Curriculum and Teaching of Mathematics) as well as the results obtained. The implementation of these activities in the classroom consisted not obviously a pilot stage (of the application) of the proposal (given in Chapter 2 of the book), but it configured as an alternative proposal (of the application) of part of the proposal, using fewer resources, but using the Methodology of Problem Solving, which pleased the students and teachers of Elementary School Mathematics.
