This thesis has the purpose of its preparation the analysis of social protection and social security, daily for some women living in the Bag End South Mato Grosso region in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul (MS) - Brazil. The purpose of the study permeates through reflection, supported by empirical analysis of how it operates access to social security benefits, the set of criteria established by Law 12,470 of August 31, 2011. The development of research is legal support to the Federal Constitution specifically Social Security, assured the Constitution guarantees in its articles 201-204 of the Social Security policies, guidelines established as a reference for deciding on benefits and social security rights. The law in question, controversy since its formulation, coupled with the controversial universe Social Security itself as subject of study and extensive research source. The site cut held in the Region of the Bulge South Mato Grosso, aimed at local perspective, where thousands of Brazilians seek pension benefits as an alternative to unemployment and other numerous situations of this vulnerability in the Brazilian daily life, especially those who are dedicated the housework, and only in areas of their homes belonging to families of low income, according to the parameters of the Ministry of Social Development and Hunger Alleviation. This audience, according to survey data, is mostly in place by women, whose social condition, personal, family and work is precarious, hindering the insertion trajectory in the labor market, among others progress toward a reality of autonomy and empowerment.
