Resumo: | This paper intends to demonstrate how the professional education in Landless Worker's Agroecology Movement in the state of Parana is organized. Our general goal is to identify and analyze how the Democratic Management (DM) and the participation in a Landless Worker's Movement professional education school in the state of Paraná are organized. Moreover, this paper also intends to observe and analyze the school collective and coordination in order to verify how the student, teacher and coordinator participate in the school management. We understand that the organization of the Landless Worker's Movement schools happens democratically and we have identified that the DM is understood as an essential pedagogical principal in the Movement, which aims at directing the schools organization. We know that the Movement has built along the years certain educative principles that aim at understanding the entirety of social relations and at the individual's whole formation. Since 2000, the Landless Worker's Movement has developed educative practices in Agroecology, as opposed to the production of poisoned food, leading to the creation of professional education schools in Agroecology in all Brazil aiming at forming technicians in this paradigm. In the state of Paraná, there are five Landless Worker's Movement agroecologic education centers/schools, and among them, we chose the Agroecology School Milton Santos in the city of Maringá as object of our study because we consider that this school presents a different role in DM scope and in the development of Agroecology. In this sense, the hypothesis that directs this research is that the DM in this school takes place through actions and principles such as self-management, self-organization, effective participation and the insertion in the collective searching in order to understand the educative environment aiming at a specific pedagogical intention.
