Resumo: This paper intends to demonstrate how the professional education in Landless Worker's Agroecology Movement in the state of Parana is organized. Our general goal is to identify and analyze how the Democratic Management (DM) and the participation in a Landless Worker's Movement professional education school in the state of Paraná are organized. Moreover, this paper also intends to observe and analyze the school collective and coordination in order to verify how the student, teacher and coordinator participate in the school management. In this sense, the hypothesis that directs this research is that the DM in this school takes place through actions and principles such as self-management, self-organization, effective participation and the insertion in the collective searching in order to understand the educative environment aiming at a specific pedagogical intention.
