O que os homens têm a dizer sobre as mulheres? Os novos posicionamentos de jovens do gênero masculino frente às transformações femininas nas relações afetivas: uma leitura sob a ótica da Psicologia Analítica

The traditional masculinity has undergone significant changes currently due to a change of perspective and paradigm resulting from the decline of the molds that sustained the patriarchal regiment, caused primarily by changes in women's policies reforms. The women's positions in society and personal relationships have become more apparent and active, causing substantial changes in concepts and gender relations. This research intended to investigate the male perspective on the men and women positions in the emotional relationships and its reflection on the current relationship configuration, taking into account the transformation that male identity is undergoing in response to the repositioning of women in society over the last decades. The research adopted the qualitative method to analyze the perspective of five young university students with heterosexual orientation, between 19 and 22 years old. It was used as the only tool one semi-structured open interview. The results were analyzed in categories previously established with parameters in the revised literature, as follows: affective relationship, male perspective of the female image, affection, parental models, sexuality and sexual education, intimacy and subjectivity. Data were analyzed according to the thematic modality of content analysis method, adopting as an interpretative point of reference the theoretical assumptions of Analytical Psychology of Jung. The results revealed confluences of paradigms between the heteronormative values, coming from the patriarchal model, with contemporary trends, open to the multiplicity of relationship demonstrations.
