The current context of called capitalist accumulation, engendered by the necessity of the capital in general of growing and expand yourself continuously in search for higher rates for profit, has deepened, redefined and made more complex the territorial division of labour in multiple geographic scales. With this starting point, the present dissertation seeks to contribute to the theoretical debate, but with strong empirical evidence, about the relationship between industry, investments and their spatial resulting on the state of São Paulo territorial dynamics, in particular from the permanent processes that shape and constrain the territorial labour division in the regional and urban network São Paulo scales. Central element of this discussion are the resulting movements from processes called devolution of productive capital in the State Assembly and centralization command of these capitals and their territorial flows in the metropolis, which would create, accordingly, a new São Paulo industry map of the early this XXI century.
