Resumo: | The main objective of this dissertation is to propose a methodology to obtaining point entities from the intersection of concurrent lines, and use of these points at the relative adjustment of LASER strips. For such purpose, it will be presented a review of concepts about 3D point classification, extraction of line segments and point entities, and the mathematical models used to minimize the discrepancies between LASER strips. The procedure presented in this work can be divided into three main stages: extraction of features of interest, determining the corresponding features and estimation of the parameters that model the discrepancies. The point entities are derived from the intersection of concurrent lines segments, which are extracted from LASER data set through the concept of principal component analysis (PCA) and least squares method (LSM). The correspondence among the point entities is established by the ICP method (Iterative Closest Point), while the parameters are estimated using the LSM... |
