Resumo: | The knowledge of digestibility of ingredients is very important in order to get a balanced and economic diet that meets the need for nutritional requirement of tadpoles. The aim of this study was to determine the apparent digestibility coefficients of crude protein (ADCCP) and gross energy (ADCGE) of ingredients that are usually used in the tadpoles diets as corn meal, soybean meal, wheat meal, rice bran, poultry by-product meal, blood meal, fish meal, corn starch and soybean oil. Ten experimental diets were used in random blocks with four repetitions. Diets were prepared by replacing 30% of the reference diet by one of the ingredients to be tested and adding 0.5% of chrome oxide III as inert marker. The present study showed a larger acceptance for vegetable-based ingredients, except rice bran. Blood meal and rice bran were not well used by the tadpoles should have its use restricted for the same ones |
