Resumo: This work aims to identify and analyze the perception of employees for the different management models in the Basic Health Units (UBS), STS Pirituba / Perus, in São Paulo, and pOSible interference in daily work. The current public health policy has experienced a change regarding the management services, with increasing activity of Social Organizations (OS) and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP). The transfer of public assets to the private sector takes place on the grounds of the need to achieve greater productivity and / or efficiency in service delivery, but what happened is the privatization of health services and its impact on the lives of workers. Understanding the object of study was performed using the dialectical movement of reality with concern the necessary mediation for a full analysis and a qualitative approach was chosen, with bibliographic research and field, through semi -structured interviews with 13 subjects. So the result of the study shows the growth performance of the partner institutions at UBS in São Paulo and precarious employment of all workers, regardless of the form of contract
