Resumo: Changes in the pattern of feed in the increased sedentary lifestyle in modern society has become a matter of public health. A measure to mitigate the positive energy balance would be the practice of physical excercise, be with an emphasis on training weights, such as a method used to improve the anaerobic performance. The objective of the present study was to investigate the variables lactacidêmicas answers to body composition after chronic training in Wistar rats submitted to two models of high-intensity intermittent training to select the best training model and after to evaluate the effect of training and detraining about the genes expression of energy metabolism in skeletal muscle of Wistar rats. Ninety-six Wistar rats weighing 250 g remained in vivarium in plastic cages collective, with cycle day and night and temperature controlled, divided into six groups (n 7 animals per group). S - sedentary, E1 - exercise 1, E2 - exercise 2, ration fed to rodents, OS - Obese Sedentary, OE1 - Obeso Exercise 1, OE2 - Obeso Exercise 2, fed with high-fat diet. D - Rats exercised and untrained fed on standard ration. S5 - Sedentary Mice of five months old, fed with standard ration. Od - Induced Obesity Rats, exercised and untrained. O5 - five-month-old Rats induced obesity and sedentary. E1, OE1 groups trained with protocol proposed by Tamaki 1992 and groups E2...
