The ability and everyday competence that associations and unions need to adapt to the methods, techniques, tools, attitudes and behaviors necessary for sustainable and competitive survival in the market happens to be a management challenge. From this insertion principle, cooperatives of recyclables workers come to play an important role in society, becoming not only an ally of the municipality in combating environmental degradation, waste of materials but also a channel reuse of materials that can also be reused or recycled, can also be regarded as environmental agents, and contribute to improving the quality of life of its members.
