Resumo: | It is proposed, in this paper, the study of impacts of recent Brazilian foreign policy and of regional integration on the process of internationalization of Brazilian companies in South America via direct investments. The research will aim to analyse, based on the factors mentioned above, the current stage of this process, the main difficulties and obstacles encountered by those companies, the potential for expansion of Brazilian capitalism in the region and the government incentives available. |
