This Master s Thesis is subject Social Work in Education, understanding that the general objective to analyze how the changes are taking in education and its relationship with other social policies, such as social assistance, which requested the intervention of the social worker to care demands that disturb the educational context. To achieve this goal we have listed them specific objectives, as follows: a) contextualize education policy; b) understand how it manifests the articulation of education policy and social assistance in the city of Maringá in user service; c) education policy and social assistance in the city of Maringá in service to users; d) analyze the repercussions of neoliberal ideas in this context. The guiding questions of the research were: reveal how the demand of education policy presents for the profession Social Service and its intervention in service through social assistance policy and also verify what are the consequences of the inapplicability of Law No. 15,075 / 06 of Parana State.The research was qualitative with field research resource featuring several methodological procedures. The research universe is made up of social workers are linked to the Department of Social Welfare and Citizenship in the city of Maringá, and the sample was set up in eight (8) participants who obeyed selective criteria. These operate in the Reference Center for Social Assistance - CRAS and meet the demands of education policy. We used a semi-structured interview by interview form and use of a tablet as a recorder. To account for this research presented a content analysis that brought as the main outcome measure the demands of education in need of social services, responding that way the guiding questions. Thus, the research aims to contribute to the debates in favor of the effectiveness of Law No. 15.075/2006 of Paraná, in order to ensure a quality public education, aggregating all the subjects that make up this scenario. |
