Resumo: The cooperativeness has been identified in literature as an important option in the economic field, associated with local and territorial development policies. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the current situation of cooperatives in the training field as well as the suggestions of the cooperative members on the formation and necessary training for a better business management. In addition, this study establishes a dialogue between the two main authors: Bruno Latour with his theory of Actor Network and hybrid knowledge, and Paulo Freire, with his dialogic and empirical methodology. Thus, for constituting a formation process, it is essential to integrate numerous actors and individuals. From this, this study takes into consideration the establishment of a network as a way to aggregate them in the construction process of cooperative education. This network is made up by the União de Cooperativas da Agricultura Familiar e Economia Solidária (UNICAFES), Universities and the Sistema de Cooperativas de Crédito Rural com Interação Solidária (CRESOL) through its training programs for managers, employees and members, in attendance and distance modes under the responsibility of its Training Institute of Solidarity Cooperative (INFOCOS). The used methodology was based on interviews and questionnaires applied during the UNICAFES National Congress in Brasilia / DF, which was directed to the cooperative members and leaders of several Brazilian state cooperatives attending the event. Thus, the enormous importance of building the education and training by a hybrid and mixed form is observed, understanding that every knowledge training and building process consists of different methodologies and perceptions, thus becoming a hybridization of actors and individuals
