Resumo: | The municipalities are the Federal Government representatives for the population, coresponsible for public policies development, which naturally demands project elaboration. In this scenario, it is important to use Project Management methodologies, since such projects use public resources and their results have a direct impact on the population's quality of life. Thus, methodologies that support the design and execution of projects in both efficiently and effectively ways are increasingly sought at the municipal management level. This study objective was to propose a tool for visual design of projects, developed specifically for the municipal public sector, which encompasses the processes of the PMI methodology Initiation stage. For this, qualitative research methods were used as well as bibliographic and documentary research, in order to understand the way the municipal sector applies the Initiation processes. Subsequently an alternative tool was elaborated, which was evaluated by the municipal servants in Cascavel. The result was a tool adapted to municipal project design practices that demonstrates synergy with the work system of servers in their projects. |
