Resumo: The proposal of this work sought to reflect, analyze and understand the rise and strengthening of individual and collective subjects representative of the "new rights" in recent Brazil (2014-2018), having as main focus two names entitled "digital influencers" on the internet and social networks that are part of this list: Nando Moura and Arthur do Val “Mamaefalei”. Having as an operational and intellectual element Olavo de Carvalho, and functioning as cognitive, informational and political “agents of chaos” at the service of different bourgeois fractions in the dispute for power and in the production of consensus, we seek to read these subjects, their productions and their contents as replicators of the Olavista and Bolsonarist “cultural war”, especially on the YouTube digital platform, in the light of the reactionary, anti-communist (anti-PT) and ultra-liberal agenda of the new rights. By analyzing the trajectories of these subjects, we seek to identify the main forms of action and organization; the contents produced; as well as the “web” of direct and indirect relationships with apparatuses of ideological indoctrination, such as the Millenium Institute, the Liberal Institute, the Mises Brasil Institute, Brasil Paralelo and some of its organic intellectuals in the dissemination of ultraliberal and ultraconservative projects. The documentary sources worked on in this research are based on articles published on the internet – on websites and web journals – and on networks – Twitter, Facebook – with emphasis on the videos posted by Moura and Val on their YouTube channels between 2015 and 2018. How theoretical reference, we will base ourselves on the contributions of Antônio Gramsci and Gramscian researchers to link the actions of the agents of chaos to the aforementioned class agenda within the scope of the State and civil society and the doctrinal formulations of private apparatuses of bourgeois hegemony in Brazil from the 1990's.
