Resumo: | Increasingly, the decision support process is a key factor in achieving business success. Considering highly complex and competitive scenarios, decision-making process shall be as effective and efficient as possible, so it is essential to support the relationship between innovation management in organizations with the use of appropriate tools and methods. The use of the Multi-criteria Decision Aiding ‐ Constructivist (MCDA-C) stands out as an important tool, since it allows to measure the identified criteria and, consequently, to analyze them in a global way, aiding the decision-making process. More recent research on the adoption of technological innovations has shown that internal factors can influence the adoption of innovations. Therefore, in the present work the tool MCDA-C is used in the analysis of these internal factors in a software development company, which made possible the evaluation of the continuity in its certifications in maturity models MPS.BR (Improvement of Brazilian Software Processes). The analysis was carried out with the executive directors and innovation implementation leader, in an executive view (top management), to identify how the internal factors detected in the literature were influenced by the adoption of MPS.BR as innovation in the software development process of the company. By means of this analysis, it was aimed to measure the influence of this adoption on the organization internal factors , in order to indicate if this innovation in processes, with the deployment of MPS.BR model, was adequately diffused and adopted and to verify if there was perception, of internal improvements, in intra-organizational processes, in the form of the company's new modus operandi. To reach the proposed objectives, a qualitative and quantitative approach of a descriptive nature has been used, in which a case study was carried out from questionnaires and interviews, with a structured script for data collection and later its analysis. As results we obtained data and graphs that could, through a global analysis, obtain positive indications of possible improvements with the implementation of the MPS.BR maturity model in processes for the company in an executive and strategic vision. The work proved to be relevant for its contribution, not only in supporting decision-making for the company in adopting innovative models, but also for its coverage in several areas, whereas the analysis model can be replicated in the indication of viability for other companies, including software development companies from Innovation Centers and Local Productive Arrangements (APLs). |
