Resumo: Scarcity and misery in Brazil became worse during the Covid-19 pandemic, mainly for the young ones that were moved away from schools and the job market. Accordingly, this research has the purpose of answering the following problem: which are the transformations faced by Brazilian worker youth, in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic? The general objective is to understand the remaking of life for Brazilian worker youth, worsened by the Covid-19 pandemic. As the outspread of the problem of this research and general objective, there are two particular objectives: a) Understand the consequences of neoliberal policies adopted in Brazil, from the 1990s decade, accordingly to the employment restructuring, especially in the Covid-19 pandemic situation; b) Recognize, as of employment restructuring and the Covid-19 pandemic circumstances, the connection between youth and education. Therefore, the researches accomplished were both documentary based and extensive literature survey, in a qualitative methodology, that included the access to primary and secondary methods of data collection, respectively: laws and papers concerned to comparative law; books, periodical articles, monographs, thesis, and any other kind of related study. Other resources were applied, such as audiovisual material and available content from the internet, besides the understanding of social procedures drawned by the research. As a result, it was possible to verify that the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic for Brazilian youth were malefic, both for the labor field and education, since they were deprived of the few and rare job opportunities, and, also, had the access to education decreased, since many of the young ones had no equipment to keep up with online classes.
