Resumo: | Digital inclusion allows access to information that is important for the development of activities in the field, whether in the area of production or business management. With an internet connection, farmers can research new cultivation techniques, best management practices, market prices and other relevant topics. The aim of this study was to evaluate the properties, sustainability and digital inclusion for families associated with the company Biorgânica and its association AFAPO, located in the southwest region of Paraná. The research was carried out with family farmers who are members of the association that promotes organic production. A questionnaire was drawn up with open and closed questions and SPSS software was used to analyze the results. The aim of the study was to characterize the properties studied by identifying their potential and shortcomings, and how the technologies are contributing to the sustainable development of the properties studied. The results showed that the families studied have autonomy in the management of their production units. A very interesting finding was that 50% of those interviewed had little or no knowledge of digital tools and the other 50% knew and mastered the available tools. During the study, it was clear that technology is already being introduced into rural areas, but that they are not using these tools as a production factor, but rather for management, since high-tech tools (equipment) have not yet been developed to cater for small producers. |
