Resumo: In companies, whether small or large, learning is necessary for the development and growth of organizations. Learning can contribute to an improvement in human heritage and consequently generate a competitive advantage for the company. Therefore, the present research intends to contribute with the increase in the operational efficiency of a company, through studies linked to learning. The objective of the research is to propose a strategy that promotes the principles of informal and non-formal learning, considering that these can contribute to the operational improvement of an organization. To this end, a study was carried out with employees working in the rural credit of the Sicredi Vanguarda cooperative in the municipality of Medianeira - PR. For data collection, questionnaires and participant observation were used. The compiled results demonstrate that there is a favorable environment for the insertion of the proposal of this research, since the indices are unsatisfactory in relation to the formal learning practices applied in the studied company, considering also the factor linked to the gamification that had as its initial purpose to be the path to stimulate informal and non-formal learning. However, it can contribute to operational improvements that have transcended the original purpose. A perception obtained from the study was to understand that, often, due to repetitive activities and high demand for work, the small difficulties of the processes become imperceptible. However, when a strategy is created that aims at collaboration and mutual learning between those involved in the process, as well as the integration of different sectors of the company, small operational adjustments demonstrate a great repercussion in an organizational scenario, which can be support for an increase in operational efficiency.
