Resumo: Growth-promoting microorganisms act directly by promoting plant growth or indirectly as biological control agents of phytopathogens. The benefits resulting from the use of these agents in studies demonstrate the great agronomic potential and its positive effects on the change in physiology and morphology of vegetables, reflecting increases in productivity. In this context, this study aimed to evaluate the agronomic efficiency as a function of the association between soil conditioner and different microorganisms in soybean development. In order to verify these potentials, the present study aimed to evaluate the efficiency of germination in laboratory and agronomic testing and the promotion of soybean plant growth through the use of soil conditioner and inoculations in seeds with Bradyrhizobium japonicume and Azospirillum brasilense and inoculations of Bacillus megaterium, Bacillus subitillis, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and Trichoderma asperellum and their combinations directly in the class A soil conditioner . The experiment was conducted in the experimental area of the company Compostec and Biopark-Toledo PR. The experimental design used was randomized blocks (DBC). Morphological characters were evaluated at the end: seed germination, ungerminated seeds, rot in ungerminated seeds, strongly germinated seeds, average plant height, stem diameter, leaf quantity, root volume, number of nodules, amount of pods, amount of flowers, dry mass of roots, dry mass of leaves and dry mass of stems. From the results obtained, it is concluded that the use of Blend 50 mL is efficient for germination and the use of 4 tons of class A soil conditioner, with inoculation of 200mL or 1000mL, is efficient for the development of soybean in pots.
