Resumo: | With the increase in market competitiveness, stakeholder pressures and growing demands for sustainable development, it is important that small companies improve their analysis, seeking the appropriation of sustainability in their strategy and routine. Thus, there is a need to apply performance assessment tools that can bring about improvements in management and planning, thus favoring a better performance in the market with the possibility of dialoguing in its ecosystem in a more competitive and sustainable way. Then that, this work focuses on investigating and proposing a sustainable business performance measurement model for a small company in the automotive services sector, since it already has sustainability as a business strategy, but it has never carried out and assessment to understand how sustainable your business is. Through a systematic literature review, a sustainable business performance assessment model aimed at micro and small businesses was selected and applied at the Casa do Óleo company. As a result, the company obtained a performance index within the average (52%), considering the triple result between the environmental, social and economic dimensions of the sustainability concepts. The instrument applied proved to be a potential management tool to converge the concepts of sustainability in the routine and practice of micro and small enterprises. |
