Resumo: The research was conducted to test a theoretical model that evaluates the effect of the leader- led relationship on burnout syndrome, organizational justice, and managerial performance. To achieve this objective, the study adopted a descriptive approach, deductive logic, and a quantitative methodology, using primary data collected through a survey. The analysis of the results was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling technique, which allowed us to examine in detail the elements involved in the phenomenon studied. The sample consisted of 100 accounting professionals. Investigating the effect of the leader-subordinate relationship on the variables burnout syndrome, organizational justice, and managerial performance can bring important contributions in several areas. Theoretically, the study can broaden the understanding of psychosocial dynamics in the workplace and the interaction between occupational stress and the perception of equity. In practice, it can offer insights for developing human resources policies that create a fair and less stressful work environment. Socially, improving the well- being of managers can have a positive impact on organizational culture and overall employee satisfaction. The originality of this study lies in the analysis of how the interaction between the variables of the Burnout Syndrome and Organizational Justice, Leader-Subordinate Relationship, and Managerial Performance is involved. Relevance is manifested in the ability to develop leadership strategies that minimize the negative impacts of Burnout and promote a sense of fairness, which can lead to an improvement in Managerial Performance. Studies suggest that perceived fairness and leadership support are critical factors that can mitigate the effects of burnout, indicating that the quality of the leader-subordinate relationship is an important mediator in this process.
