Resumo: The present study aimed to determine the apparent digestibility coefficients of crude protein (CDAPB) and crude energy (CDAEB) of rice bran (FA), rice quarries (QA), cornmeal (FM) and germ of corn (GM) included in different concentrations in diets for Nile tilapia. The experiment lasted 21 days for each of the evaluated foods, seven days for acclimatization of the animals and the rest for the collection of feces. The research was divided into four experiments: a) six diets were developed containing the inclusion of FA (6%, 12%, 18%, 24%, 30%); and b) six diets containing the inclusion of QA (6%, 12%, 18%, 24%, 30%); six diets containing FM inclusion (6%, 12%, 18%, 24%, 30%) and six diets containing GM inclusion (6%, 12%, 18%, 24%, 30%) in addition to a diet reference. 480 specimens of tilapia with an average weight of 510 ± 12.2 g were distributed in 24 tanks with a capacity of 500L of water adapted for the collection of feces, in a completely randomized design composed of six treatments (per food) and four replications. For the CDAPB of the FA, a higher mean (P <0.05) was evidenced for the level of 12% (97.15%) and for the CDAEB of the FA it was high (P <0.05) at the inclusion level of 18% (98.88%). The level of inclusion of 30% of the QA showed a higher value (P <0.05) of both CDA's, namely: 93.13% for CDAPB and 98.58% for CDAEB. The level of inclusion of 30% of FM and GM presented a higher mean (P> 0.05) of CDAPB, being 79.57% and 91.98% respectively. The inclusion level of 6% for FM and GM showed a higher average (P <0.05) for CDAEB 84.63% and 87.43% respectively. The tested foods have excellent digestibility indexes and their inclusion in different concentrations alter the use of nutrients and energy by Nile tilapia.
