Resumo: This study aimed to study the intersectoral articulation of public policies and services for the formation of safety nets for children and adolescents victims of sexual violence in the city of Dois Vizinhos-PR. To this end, the objective was to know the initiatives of intersectoral articulation present in the policies and services existing in the city, and from that to analyze them, in order to contribute to the improvement in the planning of actions of the safety net. Still to reflect on the possibility of restoration of the violated right of victims of sexual violence. To fulfill the purposes of this research, the bibliographic research was initially carried out to deepen the theme, soon after the documentary research to understand the models of articulation / intersectoral organization, conducting the survey of initiatives of intersectoral articulation of public policies for the formation of networks. protection in the municipality of Dois Vizinhos-PR, in the case of care and / or monitoring of children and adolescents victims of sexual violence. The documentary search included the records of the Municipal Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents - CMDCA, the Conduct Adjustment Commitment Term - TAC 2013, which the Public Prosecutor signed with the municipal administration and CMDCA, and the Municipal Prevention Plan. and Fight against Violence against Children and Adolescents - PMPCVCA 2014. From these documents were identified the difficulties and potentialities in the process of intersectoral articulation of public policies for the formation of safety nets for children and adolescents victims of sexual violence in the municipality. After the documentary research, the field research was conducted, with semi-structured interviews with a sample of the subjects acting in the main services aimed at children and adolescents. Thus, it identified the need for intersectoral articulation and the organization of public policies in a network to provide care to children and adolescents, aiming at restoring rights and protecting against new violence. The intersectoral articulation of policies and services is a reality of the municipality, considering that there has been a significant advance in recent years, establishing means of communication, flows and protocols. The performance of the Public Prosecution Service was relevant at that time (2013), as it promoted the initiative of organizing the network and culminated in the hiring of professionals through a public tender. Currently the network is established, the intersectoral articulation presents difficulties and weaknesses inherent to the collective work process, which demands frequent discussions, renegotiations and especially qualifications to the actors involved.
