O ensino primário no Sudoeste do Paraná entre 1930 e 1952: criação, difusão e organização

Resumo: | The present investigation is linked to the research line Society, Knowledge, and Education, of the Postgraduate Program in Education, Master's level, of the State University of West Paraná - Francisco Beltrão campus and aims to understand the organization of primary education. in the Southwest of Paraná between 1930 and 1952, explaining the creation, the agents of its diffusion and the organization, in addition to mapping the schools existing at the time. The research is justified by its uniqueness, as there is no research or study on the object not recognized as proposed. We raised, systematized and analyzed primary regional data in a period little studied by important historiography. The investigation had as primary sources such as: central reports and messages, federal laws as state sources, municipal law, school call book, requirements and minutes. The theoretical framework is based on the dialectical method and is based on authors who discuss the context, regional and local. The sources of education were made available for their interpretations according to the historical context, with data, origins, intentions, from problematizations that seek to understand in what perspective of human formation the history of the people of Southwest Paraná. As we present several data that show as a result an offer of school data was related to population education, and what contents are contained in this process. We also show the population, the study of the percentage of schools, maps, realities of schools and the number of schools that were scientifically involved directly with the educational process, in short, an unprecedented historical knowledge, published for the first time. In addition, we also show how the informal school was a reality in the Southwest of Paraná throughout the first half of the 20th century. |
