Resumo: This dissertative work emerges from the experiences lived during the strikes held by the teachers in 2015 and 2016 in the Union Center of Francisco Beltrão. This historical context allows the following theoretical problems: What are the interferences of neoliberalism in the political formation of teachers? Did the 2015 and 2016 strikes organized by the APP Union in Francisco Beltrão enable the teachers' political training? Is the neoliberal and syndical formative matrix present in the political consciousness of educators? The topics covered in the chapters serve to bring together elements that are able to respond to the central objective of the research, which is to understand the impacts of neoliberalism on the political formation of teachers in the strikes 2015 - 2016 in APP - Francisco Beltrão Union. The specific objectives are correlated to the organization of the chapters as follows: to understand the historical process of development of neoliberalism and how it became a hegemonic consensus in the formation of human consciousness; to analyze how the political formation was organized in the APP-Union during the strikes of 2015 and 2016. Finally, to analyze the presence of the syndical and neoliberal formative present in the educators' political consciousness, through the answers collected through questionnaires that form the guiding axes or categories. The methodology used to reach these proposed objectives contemplates the presuppositions of qualitative bibliographical, documentary and questionnaire research, following the research method of historical and dialectical materialism. Through a bibliographical study, it was tried to surpass the appearances to arrive at the essence of the researched object, in order to ascertain how the neoliberal ideology presents itself in the movement of the strikes so much in the attacks of the government on the labor rights, as in the political conscience of the teacher. From this study, we analyze the formation of the APP and if this is really forming the teachers politically, in the face of the advance of the neoliberal state materialized in the last decades in Brazil and Paraná
